Why did I not I receive a tracking number?
There could be a few reasons you have not received a tracking number:
- We have not shipped your order yet.
- You only ordered shade cards, which are sent by regular mail.
- The tracking was not added to your order.
If it has only been a few days since you placed your order, please allow some time for processing. If it has been longer and you still have not received anything, please contact us and we will be happy to look into it.
