Return & Exchange Policy
At Zinman Textiles, customer satisfaction is our top priority. If, for any reason, you are not happy with your purchase, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order so that any issues can be resolved. Please be sure to examine the goods closely prior to cutting and let us know of any problems right away. We do not accept partial roll returns. Only complete rolls that have not been cut will be accepted. To be eligible for a return, the item must be in the same condition as when it was received. Receipt or proof of purchase will be required. Shipping costs are non-refundable. The customer is responsible for return shipping charges.
Damages And Issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can rectify the situation promptly.
Exceptions / Non-Returnable Items
Items that cannot be identified as Zinman products cannot be reimbursed.
Small pieces under 4 meters in length are not eligible for reimbursement.
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on non-regular priced items (sale, clearance, end of bolt, etc.) or gift cards.
Exchanges
We are unable to process exchanges. Please return the item to our warehouse and make a separate purchase for a replacement.
Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you will be credited the entire purchase price of the item(s), including taxes where applicable, minus a restocking fee of 10%. You will be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund. If more than 15 business days have passed since we’ve approved your return, please contact us at ecom@zinmantex.com.

If your return is accepted, we’ll send you return instructions on how to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
