Return & Exchange Policy

RETURNS & EXCHANGES

At Zinman Textiles, your satisfaction is our top priority. If you are not completely happy with your purchase, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order so we can address any issues promptly.

Before cutting your fabric, please inspect your items carefully and notify us immediately if you notice any problems. We do not accept partial roll returns—only complete, uncut rolls are eligible.

To qualify for a return:

  • Items must be in the same condition as when received
  • A receipt or proof of purchase is required

Please note:

  • Shipping costs are non-refundable
  • Return shipping charges are the responsibility of the customer

DAMAGES & ISSUES

Please inspect your order upon receipt. If any item is defective, damaged, or incorrect, contact us immediately so we can resolve the issue promptly.

EXCEPTIONS / NON-RETURNABLE ITEMS

The following items are not eligible for returns or reimbursement:

  • Items that cannot be identified as Zinman products
  • Small pieces under 4 meters (approximately 4.37 yards)
  • Items purchased at non-regular prices (sale, clearance, etc.)

EXCHANGES

We are unable to process direct exchanges.
If you wish to replace an item, please return it to our warehouse and place a new order for the replacement.

REFUNDS

Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you regarding refund approval. If approved, the entire purchase price, including applicable taxes, will be refunded minus a 10% restocking fee.

Refunds are processed automatically to your original payment method within 10 business days, though it may take your bank or credit card company additional time to post the funds.
