Shipping & Delivery

Order Processing

Orders are typically shipped out within 2 - 5 business days from the date the order is placed.  Business days are Monday to Friday, excluding Canadian (Quebec) holidays. All regular orders are shipped in a continuous piece unless specified on the product page or for a special event. We prepare orders flat folded in a pack to keep shipping costs low unless the item is too bulky or cannot be folded, at which point it will rolled on a tube. When your order ships, you will receive tracking information via email.

Surcharge fees may apply on certain items, we will contact you if additional shipping charge is necessary.

If we are unable to complete your order, we will contact you by email and wait for your return email before shipping the parcel.

Local Pickup

Customers must wait until they receive a notification e-mail that their order is ready for pick up before coming to get their merchandise. Orders must be picked up during working hours of 8am to 5pm Mon-Fri excluding statutory holidays at the following address:

Shipping Method

Carriers used include FedEx, Canada Post, DHL, etc.

The shipping charge will be waived if the total amount of the order before taxes is over $150. This applies to Canada and the United States.

For orders below the free shipping limits, we offer our customers reduced shipping rates in Canada and the United States that are built into our online shopping cart.

Customers can contact us if they’d like to request expedited shipping. Extra charges may apply.

Customers can contact us if they’d like to request a delivery outside of the United States or Canada. Extra charges may apply.

Fabric shipped outside of Canada may be subject to customs, duties, tariffs, and importation fees. Customs forms are filled out with information about your shipments contents and value. We pay for the duties of the orders shipped to the United States. All other charges incurred at customs are the sole responsibility of the customer.

Delivery Time

Standard shipping allows you to receive your order within 3-9 business days in Canada and 4-8 business days in the United States. Remote locations might necessitate an additional day or two.

Our warehouse is located in Montreal, Quebec, Canada. Actual delivery time may be even sooner depending on your address.

Exceptions

Certain remote locations may not be eligible for our free, standard, or expedited shipping rates, depending on the type of order and package size. These areas may include, but not be limited to Northwest Territories, Nunavut, Yukon, Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico. In such cases, the customer would be contacted and presented with options, including covering an additional portion of the shipping costs or an order cancellation with full refund. Remote locations are not included in the free shipping promotions.

PO Boxes

Please note that we may not be able to deliver some orders to PO Boxes due to product or package size. If this is the case, a customer service representative will contact you.
