SHIPPING & DELIVERY

We aim to process and ship your order as quickly as possible while ensuring every fabric meets our quality standards. Below you’ll find everything you need to know about our shipping timelines, delivery options, and policies.

1. ORDER PROCESSING

Orders are typically shipped within 1–4 business days from the date they are placed. Business days are Monday through Friday, excluding statutory holidays in Québec, Canada.

All regular orders are shipped in one continuous piece, unless otherwise noted on the product page or for special requests. To help minimize shipping costs, most orders are flat-folded. Items that are too bulky or cannot be folded will be rolled on a tube.

Once your order has shipped, you will receive tracking information via email.

Please note that surcharge fees may apply to certain items. If additional shipping charges are required, we will contact you before processing your order.

If we are unable to complete your order, we will notify you by email and await your response before shipping.

2. LOCAL PICKUP

Customers should wait for a pickup notification email before arriving to collect their order.

3. SHIPPING METHODS

We ship using carriers such as FedEx, Canada Post, DHL, and others.

  • Free shipping is available on orders over $145 USD / $199 CAD (before taxes) within Canada and the United States.
  • For orders below this threshold, discounted shipping rates are automatically calculated at checkout.

If you require expedited shipping, please contact us. Additional charges may apply.

For deliveries outside Canada or the United States, please contact us to arrange shipping. Additional charges may apply.

Orders shipped internationally may be subject to customs duties, tariffs, and import fees. Customs declarations will include shipment contents and value.

  • Duties for shipments to the United States are covered by us.
  • Any other customs-related charges are the responsibility of the customer.

4. DELIVERY TIME

Estimated delivery times:

  • Canada: 3–9 business days
  • United States: 4–8 business days

Remote locations may require an additional 1–2 business days.

Our warehouse is located in Montreal, Québec, Canada, and delivery times may be shorter depending on your location.

5. EXCEPTIONS

Certain remote areas may not qualify for free, standard, or expedited shipping due to package size or delivery limitations. These areas may include (but are not limited to):
Northwest Territories, Nunavut, Yukon, Alaska, Hawaii, and Puerto Rico.

In such cases, we will contact you with available options:

  • Pay an additional shipping fee, or
  • Cancel the order for a full refund

Please note that remote locations are excluded from free shipping promotions.

6. PO BOXES

Some orders may not be eligible for delivery to PO Boxes due to size or packaging constraints. If this applies, a member of our customer service team will contact you.
