Orders are processed within 1–4 business days and shipped via FedEx, Canada Post, or DHL.

Standard delivery is 3–9 business days in Canada and 4–8 in the USA, with tracking provided by email.

Free shipping on orders over $199 USD / $199 CAD. Expedited, international shipping, and Montreal pickup are available.

RETURNS & EXCHANGES

If you’re not satisfied with your purchase,
please contact us within 7 days of delivery.

Returns are accepted only on full, uncut rolls in original condition. Customers are responsible for return shipping. Sale items, cuts under 4 meters, and gift cards are final sale.

Approved returns are refunded to the original payment method within 10 business days, minus a 10% restocking fee.

Yes! you can experience our fabrics firsthand by visiting our showroom in Montreal, Quebec.

If you prefer to browse from home, a shade card is an excellent option to view and compare colors, particularly for styles offered in multiple shades.

CAN I PICKUP MY ORDER IN-PERSON?

Yes, you can pick up your order at our Montreal warehouse after placing it online.

Once your order is ready, we will send you a confirmation for pickup instructions. You can then collect it at 459 Rue Deslauriers, Montreal, and complete payment in person if applicable.
