Standard delivery takes 3–9 business days in Canada and 4–8 business days in the USA, with tracking provided by email.
FREE SHIPPING applies to orders over $145 USD / $199 CAD, and expedited or international shipping is available for an additional fee; customers may also pick up orders locally in Montreal once notified.
RETURNS & EXCHANGES
If you’re not satisfied with your purchase, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order.
Returns are accepted only for full, uncut rolls in their original condition, and customers are responsible for return shipping; sale items, small pieces under 4 meters, and gift cards are not eligible. Once we receive and inspect your return, approved refunds (minus a 10% restocking fee) will be issued to your original payment method within 10 business days.

CAN I BUY THIS FABRIC IN-PERSON?
Although we’re not a retail store and all orders must be placed through our online store or by contacting us directly, you can pick up your order at our location, and both cash and card payments are accepted for in-person pickups.
HOW WILL MY order BE PACKAGED?
Small or standard orders are folded for easy packaging.
Larger or bulky orders are carefully rolled onto a tube to prevent creases and ensure the fabric arrives in perfect condition.
If you’d like your fabric folded in a specific way, we can accommodate requests for 10 yards/meters or more—just add your instructions in the order notes at checkout.
CAN I REQUEST A SAMPLE BEFORE ORDERING?
Unfortunately, we do not offer free samples.
